All clients are required to read thoroughly through the policies BEFORE booking an appointment. It is the client's responsibility to ensure they have a full understanding of the policies. Please reach me at indulge@undenyahblebeauty.com if you have any concerns or confusion. All policies are non-negotiable.
If you are an ineligible candidate for my services and decide to book an appointment regardless, you will be refused service and your appointment will be forfeited. It is important to educate yourself on what is expected, required, and the procedure. I do my best to make sure the client has all knowledge necessary, there is detailed information provided to you on my website, and there are many ways to contact me with questions or concerns to avoid this mistake. Therefore, if this occurs, this policy will be strictly enforced.
All services require to have a consultation before the actual appointment date.
The methods of consultations vary from in-person or virtual via text message or email.
In-person consultations are optional, but are recommended to get a taste of what will be done during your appointment as well as verbal clarification and understanding in anything needed. During this appointment we will be able to meet, discuss desired results, I can give a small demonstration of how possible looks can appear on you, discuss the process, price, color recommendation, and answer any questions.
For PMU, there is a $50 fee to make an in-person consultation. If there is an appointment scheduled after consultation is completed, the remaining $50 will then be due to cover the remaining balance of the $100 deposit fee needed for a PMU service.
For SMP/BMP there is an $80 fee for a in-person consultation, after the consultation another $50 will be due as the deposit for your appointment. This will be credited toward the balance.
For MUA there is an $80 charge for in-person consultation which is a separate charge and is not used toward the deposit fee for a booked appointment because I perform a trial during this appointment with products.
Virtual consultations are available via text message or email. You must send photos of the area you are requesting service on. I will ask you to send pictures of inspiration and ask questions about your desired outcome, give you details on the procedure, discuss price, and answer any questions you may have. There is no fee for virtual consultations. If a consultation is done virtually, it is the clients responsibility to ensure that all information and requirements for the service they are booking is understood and able to be met by the client. If there is any instance on the day of service where the appointment cannot be completed due to a violation in any of the requirements, eligibility, or policies, the client's deposit will be forfeited and the appointment will be cancelled.
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required for all appointments.
A $100 deposit is required to book an appointment for PMU. If you do an in-person consultation, half will be paid when booking the consultation and the remaining will be paid when the consultation is over. If you do a virtual consultation, the fee will be charged when booking.
For SMP/BMP the deposit is $130. If a in-person consultation is booked then $80 will be collected for the consultation when booking, and the remaining $50 dollars will be collected after the consultation. If a virtual consultation is had, the $130 must be sent within 24 hours of booking the appointment via Paypal, Apple pay, or Zelle to 571-505-5552.
For MUA services, there is a $50 deposit per-person. It must be paid online when booking, and will be credited toward your balance. The remainder balance can be paid in cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, or through the booking site.
Touch-up services are only offered for PMU services, and are not required. SMP/BMP services require multiple sessions and are not considered touch ups.
There is a fee for touch-ups. If the touch-up is done within min. 7- max. 9 weeks (one week after the required healing time) of the service, it is discounted to only $75. Any touch-up after this time period will be $150+. The longer the client waits to get a touch up done, the more the price increases.
Touch-ups are recommended to implant any pigment in areas that did not take the pigment well during the initial session. All permanent makeup is a multi-step process and the initial session is to see how well your skin will deposit pigment and how your skin will react to the tattoo. There will be patchiness and areas that fade more than others. This is normal. The touch-up session will repair those areas and allow for a completed look.
If you happen to be running late please notify me as soon as you are aware. Due to time constraints and obligations to other clients, I can only accommodate for 15 minutes of tardiness. There will be a $20 late fee. Any time that exceeds this will be considered a cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited.
If you would like another appointment, you will have to pay another deposit. After three occurrences of lateness you will lose the opportunity to book any further appointments.
I kindly ask that all clients respect my time, as I respect yours. Appointment times and dates should align with your schedule to ensure you will be able to commit to your appointment as scheduled on the day you decide to book. Given this, cancelling your appointment for ANY reason will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. When you cancel your appointment last minute or no show/no call I am unable to fill that spot that other clients who are waitlisted could receive services. Clients who no show will have to pay 100% of the service cost upfront in order to reschedule.
Each deposit is given one courtesy reschedule. In order for this to be honored, I must be notified a minimum of 48 hours in advanced. Past the 48 hour mark, I will be unable to reschedule your appointment.
For all PMU or SMP/BMP services
Due to hazardous materials and the risk of cross contamination, there are no guests allowed. This includes children and pets.
For MUA services
Children and pets are not allowed, however, guests are allowed. No more than one guest is allowed.
There will be no refunds for any deposits or services. I will work in every way to give you the results you are looking to achieve, and it is my mission to make sure you are satisfied. If you are unhappy at any time during or after your appointment please contact me and I will be there for you and offer options within my control. Once the appointment is completed and you leave my studio, I cannot account for pre/post care or any external factors. All results will vary based on how well the client follows pre/after care, skin type, lifestyle, facial skincare products, medications, sun exposure, habits, and etc.
